Gertrude Mapara is currently employed by St Giles Medical Rehabilitation Centre as a Senior Rehabilitation Technician, attached to the Occupational Therapy Dept. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Zimbabwe MS Society. Her first involvement with MS was when she treated a Person with MS, Gunilla Nilsen. With Ms. Nilsen, she has attended several International MS Conferences around the world since 1997.
