22nd Annual Meeting of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers The Challenges of MS Care and Research
May 28 - 31, 2008
Hyatt Regency Hotel
Denver, CO

People say year after year, performance after performance, ‘this was the best yet’.  But, fresh home from the 22nd Annual Meeting of the CMSC, no doubt this may have been our best meeting yet!  The programs, speakers, posters, platforms, interdisciplinary camaraderie, exhibits, venue –  were exceptional. “Comprehensive Approaches to Complex Challenges”  included a wealth of scientific data, practical solutions, reports of innovative programs,  historical perspectives and held a mirror to the diversity of MS care.  Networking abounded and justly deserved honors and prizes bestowed.  And, it was wonderful to connect with friends and make new ones as we proclaimed “We’re changing the face of MS”.

It’s never possible to take it all in.  From the excitement of the book signing which launched the second edition of Esclerosis Multiple (Una Mirada Ibero-Panamericana) by Dr. Jorge Nogales-Gaete to seeing the enthusiasm of scholarship and fellowship beneficiaries who are evidence of the success of the Foundation, the time was full and fruitful. Each of our 1400 attendees stand for many who were not there – the people with MS and their loved ones – the faces of MS we’re committed to change for the future and the better.

Revisit the events, take in what you missed, and continue the spirit of Denver on the website.  We welcome your comments and collaboration and look forward to seeing you in Atlanta in 2009.
