Christine Smith, OTR/L.
Christine Smith, OTR/L, has over 20 years of experience in acute care, sub-acute and outpatient rehabilitation. Christine graduated from Quinnipiac College with a BS in Occupational therapy in addition to obtaining certificates from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Administrative Science and Global Leadership and Administration. Christine has been a member of the American occupational therapy association (AOTA) since 1994. Christine received the designation of a multiple sclerosis certified specialist (MSCS) in 2005 and is an active member of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC) as the chair of the clinical care committee, member of the MSCS Exam committee and member of the editorial board of the MS exchange. Through the CMSC, Christine has lectured on a variety of topics that focus on rehabilitation and multiple sclerosis. In addition to her involvement with the CMSC, Christine is a member of the Client Education Committee for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the coordinator of the education committee of the International Organization of MS Rehabilitation Therapists (IOMSRT).
